This 2022 period II Community Service (PkM) activity is a continuation of the same activity in 2022 period I, where Telkom University’s S1 Digital Supply Chain Study Program collaborates with the West Java Regional Research and Development Agency (BP2D), the West Java Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), and the West Java Communication and Information Agency. The output of this activity is a disaster logistics information system called e-LuNa version 1.0 which stands for electronic Logistics for Disasters version 1.0.

With e-LuNa version 1.0, it is expected to facilitate the management of disaster assistance in West Java Province, considering that Indonesia is a ring of fire area that is prone to disasters. E-LuNa helps in recording the activities of receiving, storing, distributing, and destroying disaster logistics. Decision makers will also know how many incoming goods, outgoing goods, and expired goods. E-Luna version 1.0 focuses on logistics goods that are strengthening.

The e-LuNa information system version 1.0 was launched on October 27, 2022, along with the 13th anniversary of BPBD Jabar. The event was attended by various parties including the initiating agency (BPBD Jabar Telkom University, BP2D, and Diskominfo), City / Regency BPBDs, and invited guests.
