Tim Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental (GNRM) team from Telkom University (Tel-U) held the Digital-Preneur Success Mandiri (DIGI-SM) program for 50 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung Regency. This activity is a pentahelix collaboration of academics (Tel-U), government (Disperdagin), industry and society (MSME actors), communities (Association of Independent Entrepreneurs of Bandung Regency), and media.
Telkom University Rector, Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, said that this program is part of the GNRM program initiated by the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko PMK) in collaboration with the Indonesian Rectors Forum. The GNRM program at Tel-U emphasizes the digitalization process of MSMEs, where they are equipped with an understanding of digital people, digital marketing, digital finance, and digital business.
“There are 50 MSMEs with various products. Bandung Regency has 15,000 MSMEs, but we are capturing a pilot project for 50 of them. Insha Allah, this will not stop at just this program today,” said Adiwijaya in a press conference for the DIGI-SM training held for three days (Tuesday to Thursday, 13-15 September) at Telkom University.
